We had a great day at the annual Saddle Up for Roswell fundraising event on September 17th! We sold over 100 of our smokey goodness sandwiches and raised over $600 for Rosewell. Thank you to all the new friends we met and to all the wonderful horse lovers who remembered us from last year. They tell us our smoke roast beef was something they were looking forward to since last year! 

We have loved cooking for some of our favorite charities at their fundraising events over the past few years and often get asked if we do catering. Our official answer right now is, "We haven't yet, but if you are willing to work with a couple newbies as we learn along the way, then giddy up, let's talk!"
